Banten Police Chief Installs Hundreds of Non-Commissioned Officers

KBRN, Banten: The 2025 Academic Year Education, Inauguration, and Oath-Taking Ceremony for Indonesian Police Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) was officially closed by the Chief of Banten Regional Police, Inspector General Hengki, at the Tribrata Field of the State Police School (SPN), Banten, Wednesday (12/24/2025).

After completing five months of training, a total of 315 young NCOs were officially installed. It consists of 67 students from the Banten Regional Police and 248 students from the Metro Jaya Regional Police.

In his mandate, the Chief of Banten Regional Police, Inspector General Hengki, stated, “Becoming a police officer is a calling or a way of life and  your work, whether in thought, word, or deed, must demonstrate your role as a guardian of life, a builder of civilization, and a warrior for humanity.”

Furthermore, Inspector General Hengki expressed his confidence that the newly inaugurated personnel are individuals dedicated to the service of the nation and the state. He urged them to uphold the reputation of the police educational institution.

He also expressed his congratulations and wishes for success to the new police officers. He encouraged them to remain mentally healthy, happy, and intelligent, and to continue doing good for the nation and the country.

“We all realize that this is a responsibility born of our love for the nation, the state, the community, and the Police institution that we collectively love and take pride in. This success is a blessing from God Almighty that must be met with gratitude,” Hengki stated.
