Jewelry Gold Prices Vary as Antam Bullion Hits Record High

KBRN, Jakarta: Jewelry gold prices showed varied movements on Sunday, December 28, 2025, influenced by global demand, exchange rates, and central bank policies on gold reserves.

As the year draws to a close, gold jewelry remains a focal point for the public, continuing to attract interest both as a valuable asset and as a lifestyle accessory.

In the domestic market, prices differ across retailers, reflecting variations in karat purity and store policies. Major gold sellers such as Raja Emas and Laku Emas regularly publish official price lists, which serve as key references for consumers tracking market trends.

According to Raja Emas Indonesia, the gold jewelry prices as of 9:20 a.m. Jakarta time on Sunday stood at IDR 2,270,000 (USD 139) per gram for 24 karat, IDR 1,988,000 (USD 122) for 23 karat, and IDR 1,902,000 (USD 117) for 22 karat.

Prices continued to decline across lower karat levels, reaching IDR 1,039,000 per gram for 12 karat.

Meanwhile, Laku Emas CMK Group reported slightly lower figures at 9:30 a.m. Jakarta time, with 24 karat priced at IDR 2,154,000 per gram, 23 karat at IDR 1,928,000, and 22 karat at IDR 1,843,000. The lowest price was recorded at IDR 999,000 per gram for 12 karat.

Jewelry gold prices remain dynamic and subject to change at any time. The public is advised to monitor the latest updates before buying or selling.

Separately, the price of gold bullion produced by state-owned diversified mining company PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) reached an all-time high on Sunday.

According to Logam Mulia, Antam gold was priced at IDR 2,605,000 per gram, following a record-setting increase of IDR 16,000 per gram on Saturday, December 27, 2025.
